At National Polymer, our technology platforms are based on polymeric systems. Our extensive knowledge of these materials is based on a deep understanding of the structure-property relationships that govern the many classes of polymers we utilize. We apply this knowledge to the design of polymeric systems, including adhesives and coatings. We form polymers using a variety of materials including epoxy, urethane, acrylic, phenolic, silicones, fluorinated systems, ceramers, and high performance thermosets. We deliver them from waterbased, solventbased, and 100% solids systems. We cure them through all means including thermal energy, light energy, moisture catalysis, anaerobic conditions, and the energy of reaction. We formulate these building blocks into a variety of products including adhesives, coatings, sealants, and more. We tailor them to your particular application needs.
In the field of Architectural Products, we have developed floor coatings, roof coatings, specialty adhesives for building wraps, countertop coatings, coatings for glass protection, grout sealers, specialty paints, reactive foam insulation, coatings for nails, adhesive-sealants for screws, dust resistant coatings for screens and ceiling fans and the list goes on.
What type of product are you interested in? Private Label? Call National Polymer! We have served a host of clients in the Architectural Sector. We can help you!
Polymers are used extensively in the Architectural / Construction sector. Applications are broad and include structural polymers such as plastic composites, vinyl siding and trim, plastic gutters and downspouts, PVC piping, electrical insulation, foam insulation, EVA for encapsulating solar panels, rubber sealants, VCT floor tile, cove molding, etc. Applications for adhesives and coatings include paint, carpet and tile adhesive, PSA to adhere building wraps and roof membranes, and the list goes on.
